All returns must first obtain a return invoice number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org the issue with your product and your desired outcome whether that be full refund or in store credit.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Rest assured If you have received a defective product we will replace it, but if you decided to see how strong your Zilla was from 10 stories up at your office…..I’m thinking we will need to have a talk.
