Zilla Coolers warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service subject to the below conditions and from the date of original receipt for the period listed on the chart below: In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

- You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the Zilla Coolers authorized dealer;

- You must return the product to Zilla Coolers; and

- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

Normal wear and tear (including chips and scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing) is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.

Factory seconds, discounted or second-hand products or products purchased from third party retailers such as those on Amazon or on eBay are not covered by our warranty.

Zilla Outdoor Authority will replace or fix your cooler/drinkware if no ice is remaining after the minimum number of days/hours your coolers/drinkware should be holding ice based on the following control procedures. Please note we may require you to submit pictures of you performing the following control tests and provide us with the results. There are many variables that will affect ice retention including pre-chilling the cooler, the ice quality, ice quantity, type of ice, outside environment, exposure to sunlight, etc. Due to these variables, the ice retention can range from a couple of days and last up to 10+ days. The following are minimum days for warranty testing control testing.

Testing Procedure

1. Pre chill and prepare the cooler/drinkware.

 2. Completely fill the cooler/drinkware with ice, close and lock the lid shut.

 3. Place the cooler/drinkware indoors at an average temperature of no more than 80 degrees.

 4. Lift the coolers once a day and shut the cooler within 30 seconds of opening.

 5. Utilizing the above process, your cooler/drinkware should have some ice remaining after the following number of days/hours

As with our regular 30-day return policy, you will be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the defective item(s) for your request for warranty service both to and from the Zilla Outdoor Authority Returns Service Center located in Kalama WA. Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable. If it is determined that the returned item is not covered by the warranty, you will be charged a return shipping fee equal to 20% of the retail value of the returned item(s) subject to a $10 minimum charge. Zilla Outdoor Authority is not responsible for items lost in transit.


Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow 14 days for us to process your warranty return. We may need to contact you to gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by the warranty.


TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL ZILLA OUTDOOR AUTHORITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States. No Zilla Outdoor Authority reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. Zilla Outdoor Authority will either repair or replace any broken or defective product, at our sole option.
